Offering tampons to customers is a fairly new concept, even if Scotland have made it mandatory since 2022, so it can be hard to know where to start, and how costly it will be. That’s why we’ve done the work for you, with our very handy calculator you can configure which subscription box works for you and your establishment.

We’ve broken down the calculator below, but before we get started we want to
bust some common myths we’ve encountered:

People will steal them

Unlikely. Our dispensers are designed to dispense one at a time, so someone would have to be in the bathroom for a very long time to take off with all your product.

You may find excited patrons take 1-2 to keep in their bag, but that is factored into your allocation.

If someone were to take all your product, we have two safety measures to resolve the issues.

We always send out the first two month’s boxes first, so you should always have backup product in storage just in case.
We will send you another box entirely FREE.

No one will use them

The other side to this argument is that they’ll sit wasting away in the dispenser not being touched. Perhaps if they were cheap plastic-based products that may be true, but our dispensers are stocked with the highest quality organic cotton products. People want to use them.

In our pilot program we’ve discovered a very moderate and healthy usage. No one has ever run out of stock before their monthly box arrived, but they’ve always been happy to restock.

Seeing tampons and pads offered in a public loo is unfortunately still a rarity which makes them a novelty. Most women will carry their own product, and perhaps not see the need to take from yours, whereas others might get excited and slip an extra pad in their bag for later.

What we do know is they will instantly have a positive association with your brand and establishments.

Our largest box serves up to 3500 patrons per month, however if you need more than that, we are happy to create a custom order for you.

Our smallest box serves about 1000 per month, however if you have less need than that, you can rest assured that any surplus product you may subscribe to can be donated to a local period poverty drive on your behalf. A good cause and some positive PR for your business.
